As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Melanie Segundo leads West Group Nursing’s clinical operations, workforce development, quality and compliance initiatives, strategic planning, and continued development of the company’s acute hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and therapeutic apheresis services.
Her leadership approach is grounded in the day-to-day realities of hospital specialty care, with a focus on patient safety, staff readiness, responsive communication, strong interdisciplinary relationships, and measurable improvement. She continues to strengthen the systems, people, and hospital partnerships that support reliable, high-quality specialty services.
Anthony Siasat
Anthony Siasat serves as Chief Financial Officer of West Group Nursing Inc., working closely with the Chief Executive Officer to support the company’s financial and administrative operations.
